The project was to manage the design phase including consultation and consultant management.

Various levels of support during construction (pavilion and courts) completion including contract management and mentoring of staff around contract processes.

Support concept phase redevelopment to improve safety on the site.

The project was to manage the design phase and included liaison with the various users, committees, Council and architect. Infrastructure included in the design phase included; multipurpose facility, netball courts, athletics track, soccer/cricket pitch, parking and associated pathways and servicing infrastructure.

Construction phase support for new paths, kerbing, drainage and road in the main street of Lorne.

Manage the merger of Conargo Shire Council and Deniliquin Town Counci in 2016. Management of the process as directed by the NSW State Government including complete merger of staff, finances and systems.
